Showerlux UK has announced that the majority of enclosures and screens in its extensive range will now come complete with Glass Shield easy clean glass protection as standard.
 
Regular showering can create a build up of soap and limescale deposits on the glass, which over time can make the glass surface look stained and dull.  Glass Shield is a non-stick invisible barrier made up of microscopic particles that bind themselves permanently to the glass surface.
 
Bob Bowler, Showerlux UK's managing director, comments: "In the past we've offered Glass Shield as an extra, however, we appreciate that it's only natural for people to want their luxury new enclosure to maintain its sparkly new condition which is why the factory applied shield is now standard throughout our most popular ranges."
 
The Glass Shield coating prevents the water soap and limescale deposits from clinging to the glass, resulting in an enclosure that is easier and quicker to clean whilst providing a more hygienic environment in which to shower.
 
Glass Shield does not come as standard on the Sigma and Bellavita range.
